Billing starts on the first job your crew writes here, and the rates are on the pricing page.
Until you leave your previous vendor you go on paying them for their own subscription, and whatever they charge to let you go — a termination fee — or to hand over your own data is their charge and your cost. From us there is nothing to pay for the move: not at any volume of data, and not for cleanup after it.
You request the move and give us access; we bring the data over, check it, set up your crew and stay on to help.
01 You
1. Your request and the data call
You leave a request and name your current system; then we hold the data call: how much data there is, what kinds of records, how many people on your side, anything in there that is not standard. That is the first of the two places where the move asks something of you.
02 You
2. You give us access
Where your current system has an API — the connection one program uses to hand data to another — you give us a key to it, we send you a short note on where that key sits, and we ask that it come over a secure channel.
Where there is no such connection, and a home-built system usually has none, your data comes across as a file handover or through access to the database instead: the key is one route, not a condition of the move.
This is the second of the two places where the move asks something of you, and you can revoke that access at any moment.

3. We take data out and bring it here
The bulk of it comes through the connection, and what the connection will not give up we move by hand from your files — files we get and prepare ourselves, including the talking to your previous vendor where that is what it takes. That is the one "if" in the six steps.
04 WorkflowPros
4. We test the move
We put the agreed data into a test system and check for missing records or entries in the wrong fields. Then we show you a sample; you can check it if you want to.
05 WorkflowPros
5. We finish the move and switch on
We move the data agreed on the data call, create your crew's accounts, set their access and turn the system on.
06 WorkflowPros
Step 6 — we stay on after the switch
We answer questions, adjust the setup and help your crew get used to working here, with no end date.
Our work — and where we need you
Your work comes in two parts: the request and the data call, then giving us access by key, a file handover or access to the database.
We obtain and prepare the files the API cannot provide and deal with your previous vendor, so you don't have to obtain those files or contact your previous vendor.
What comes to us — and the one exception
The data call settles which data we bring into WorkflowPros, and the contract records that agreement. We charge nothing for that work, whatever the volume, including cleanup afterward.
The main body of your agreed data comes over without you moving it yourself.
For data the API cannot provide, you don't have to gather or prepare files or deal with your previous vendor; we do that work and bring those files over by hand.
Agreed data
Your jobs go on while we move you
Your crew carries on working while we move the data.
How long the moves already done have taken, and how that average is counted, is on the live-statistics page.
After looking at your data, we tell you how long the move will take.
How many moves have been made so far is on the live-statistics page.
The businesses we've moved belong to WorkflowPros' owner and run on WorkflowPros. They are not independent customers.
Home-built or in-house — the data still comes out
About what other vendors do with systems like yours, we say nothing. What we do: a system somebody built for you, or one that grew up inside your company, gets the same move on the same terms as one bought off the shelf — and it is free either way.

Support once you are running — with no end date
You are already paying for it — support comes with the product, not on top of it.
Optional, and your dispatchers stay — the AI receptionist answers after hours and when your line is busy
We set up the AI receptionist around your services, the way you work and your tone of voice. Your subscription covers that setup and changes to it later.

Four terms for leaving — and nothing beyond them
01 Month to month; 02 your data, your number and your recordings leave with you; 03 billing starts on the first job your crew writes here; 04 and the contract names what has to happen before the price moves.
Those four are a summary — the contract itself is what governs.
What leaves with you when you go, and what the export costs, is set out on the pricing page.
Who presses the export button, and when that button becomes available, is set out on the pricing page.
The number goes with you — recordings and call log too
Your existing number is forwarded into WorkflowPros, or we issue a dedicated number. WorkflowPros logs when calls happen, how long they last and how they end, and transcribes and summarizes them.
